Who this policy covers

This policy describes the Zada Homebuyers website and the forms hosted with it. A legal entity name, mailing address, and privacy email have not been published. Until they are, the contact method shown on the site is (405) 873-6949, carried forward from the previous site. Ownership of that number is not verified by this policy.

Information the property form asks for

• Name and phone number.
• Property street address, city, and an optional ZIP code.
• The situation you select, plus optional notes.
• An optional date or deadline you choose to type from a notice you already have.
• An optional preferred time for a phone call.
• A required choice asking us to call you about this property request.
• A separate optional choice about later contact. It is unchecked unless you check it.
• The page address on this site where you submitted the form.
• A field that people should leave blank. It is there to reduce automated submissions.

Do not send Social Security numbers, driver license numbers, bank account numbers, payment card numbers, or full loan or insurance account numbers. The form does not ask for them. If you type them into the notes, they go to the form host described below.

Why we ask

The required box is a request that Zada Homebuyers call you about the property inquiry you chose to submit. If you do not check it, the page does not send the form. The optional box is only about later contact on similar property options. Checking it does not sign you up for a text program or an email series. This site does not describe an automated marketing program as active.

Where a submission goes

The forms use Netlify Forms on the host that serves this website. If that host accepts a submission, the host stores it. This repository also contains an optional function that can forward a submission to a webhook and can alert the site owner by text. Those forwards run only when the owner has set environment variables. They are not confirmed as active. No customer-relationship system is connected by this code. A success message on the page means only that the form host confirmed receipt.

An older form name for a guide download remains registered so the host still recognizes it. The current pages do not ask you to use that form. An email sent to it does not produce a PDF, because this site does not send one.

What this build does not use

This build does not include analytics identifiers, advertising pixels, or other third-party tracking scripts. The page address stored with the form is a first-party field so a person can see which page the request came from.

How long information is kept

A retention period has not been set. This policy does not promise that information is deleted on a schedule. The owner needs to choose a period with counsel and with the form host, then update this page.

Your choices

You can skip the form and call, or you can decide not to contact us. You can ask the person who calls not to call again. Because a privacy email and a legal entity are not published, this page cannot name a specific intake address for a deletion or correction request. That gap should be closed before the site is used in advertising.

Children

The site is written for adults making decisions about property. It is not directed to children, and the form should not be used to send information about a child.
