What the site is
Zada Homebuyers is a private home buyer. We are not a government agency, not your lender, not a code enforcement office, and not a law firm or tax advisor. The pages give general information and a way to ask for a phone call about a property. Using the site does not create a client relationship, a brokerage relationship, a loan, or an agreement to buy or sell.
No offer and no outcome
With a direct purchase, there's no listing agent to hire. Any fees, and exactly which closing costs are included, are explained in the written offer. If the sale is not a direct purchase, that arrangement has its own fees, also explained in writing before you decide. The communities named on this site are where we invite questions. Ask about your address. We will tell you if we cannot review it.
Phone number
(405) 873-6949 is the number published from the previous version of this site. Publishing it does not, by itself, prove who answers it. Confirm who you are speaking with before you share personal information by phone. The site does not send text messages to people who submit the form.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for what you submit. Do not send sensitive identity or financial account numbers. Do not use this site as a deadline. Notices from a lender, a county, a city, or a court control your dates, not these pages.
